The Health Data Platforms team at PA Consulting is a leading provider of managed software services aimed at improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions. We seek a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our healthcare quality measurement and reporting software, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). This role involves applying ingenuity to build data platforms for the clinical and biopharmaceutical community, aiming to influence the course of care across the medical spectrum. Job Summary:
The CMS Regulatory Specialist will ensure our software and services deliver customer value while adhering to regulatory standards. Working closely with our product development team as a Product Manager, the candidate will guide the creation and enhancement of our healthcare quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management within a software environment, with extensive client interaction and opportunities to shape client investments in quality measurement and improvement beyond current programs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned with regulatory standards and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements, identify investment areas, and incorporate these into the development backlog/roadmap. Stay current with industry trends and CMS regulation changes to proactively address impacts. Monitor and interpret CMS regulations to ensure compliance. Act as the primary contact for CMS inquiries and audits. Provide training and support on CMS regulatory requirements and best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in policy, regulatory affairs, information technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in healthcare quality reporting. Proven experience as a Product Owner in software development. Understanding of CMS quality programs such as MIPS, MACRA, and HEDIS, and related regulatory expectations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Product management certification (e.g., CSPO) is a plus. Additional Information
