We are currently hiring Full-Time Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). We provide a variety of scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

CAAs and CRNAs are highly skilled healthcare professionals working under licensed anesthesiologists to implement anesthesia care plans. They operate within the anesthesia care team environment as defined by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). All anesthetists have a premedical background, hold a bachelor’s degree, and complete extensive graduate-level didactic and clinical training. Their education focuses on delivering and maintaining quality anesthesia care and advanced patient monitoring techniques. The goal is to transform qualified students into competent practitioners committed to safe anesthesia practices.
Certified Anesthesia Assistant Requirements:
Current active state licensure as an Anesthesiologist Assistant in Georgia, complying with state regulations.
Master’s degree in Anesthesia.
Ability to obtain medical malpractice insurance coverage as required.
Proven current competency in clinical responsibilities.
Ability to perform clinically as an anesthetist regularly in the facility.
Proficiency in operating and interpreting data from anesthesia equipment to ensure patient safety.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with clinical teams.
Knowledge of care principles tailored to diverse patient populations.
Understanding of growth, development, and age-specific patient needs.
Knowledge of infection prevention and control.
Ability to maintain confidential records and adhere to facility policies.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Requirements:
Current active RN licensure in Georgia, complying with state regulations.
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
Current certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
Ability to perform clinically as a nurse anesthetist regularly in the facility.
Proficiency in operating anesthesia equipment and supporting patient safety.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
Knowledge of care principles for diverse patient populations.
Understanding of growth, development, and age-specific care needs.
Knowledge of infection prevention and control techniques.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
