Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale: The Production Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Requirements: · Required 1+ year of experience with Ford/Lincoln · Some post-secondary automotive training · High school diploma or GED · Results-oriented self-starter · Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
