Star Cinema Grill is an upscale, dine-in theater concept that offers guests first-run cinema releases, an extensive food menu, and a full-service bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits.
Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning in the region. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
Requirements
What you will do for us:
The following tasks are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive, other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Repair, maintain, and manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Skills
HVAC and refrigeration experience required Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good analytical/critical thinking Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage Seniority level
