What You’ll Do
Serve as lead counsel on complex legal matters in your area of expertise. Manage existing client relationships while driving business development efforts. Collaborate across disciplines within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and leadership of your practice group. Maintain the highest standards of legal ethics, client service, and professional development.
Ideal Candidate
8+ years of experience in private practice with deep expertise in one or more of the listed practice areas. Established book of portable business (required for partner-level consideration). Strong reputation in the legal community and client-centered mindset. Ability to work independently while engaging in firm-wide initiatives and cross-practice collaboration. Admitted to practice and in good standing with the relevant state bar(s).
