Solutions Architect
to join our high-performing
Digital Web Team . This is not a traditional architect role focused solely on design and proof-of-concepts. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, is ready to roll up their sleeves, and actively contributes to the development process alongside the team. Key Responsibilities Architect scalable, high-performance web solutions for high-traffic digital platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams (Product Managers, BAs, QAs, Developers). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practices. Contribute directly to sprint workwriting code, reviewing tickets, and ensuring quality delivery. Make sound architectural decisions that align with business goals and technical constraints. Foster a collaborative, ego-free environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC
and related Microsoft web technologies. Proven track record working on
high-traffic, consumer-facing websites . Strong communication skills with
no language barriers able to clearly articulate ideas and technical concepts. Comfortable working in
Agile Scrum teams
of 10+ members. Demonstrated ability to
mentor and lead
without formal authority. Hands-on contributor not just a designer or strategist. Experience with
AWS
(Azure experience is a plus). A collaborative mindset with
zero ego you lead by example and elevate those around you. Nice to Have Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
