LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of Nashville's leading law firms to recruit an experienced employment law associate to join the firm's thriving labor & employment practice group. This is a unique opportunity for an employment associate who would prefer to focus on counseling and advising on employment law aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, as opposed to handling active litigation. Experience Sought: Counseling employers on various HR-related matters Working closely with corporate attorneys to conduct due diligence and advise on employment-related aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions Drafting employee handbooks Conducting on-site trainings for employers and HR professionals Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a labor & employment associate at a large law firm with an active corporate M&A practice Experience conducting employment-related due diligence on corporate transactions is required JD from a top 100 law school with outstanding academic credentials Licensed in good standing in Tennessee or ability to become licensed in Tennessee Compensation is highly competitive and dependent on years of experience.
