A TPM plays a crucial role in working alongside the Project Manager by ensuring that all technology-related aspects and build strategy of a project align with the overall design intent. The TPM communicates and coordinates the details of the design concept through installation. They will manage the project managers expectations and the production/manufacturing teams timing and quality of the product being produced. By working closely with the PM, the TPM ensures that all technical elements integrate smoothly into the fixture, delivering an innovative and engaging customer experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: The TPM translates the projects goals into a plan, ensuring that elements enhance the customer experience and meet branding expectations. They provide insights on hardware, software, and lighting, while aligning technical needs with the overall construction and design strategy. Communicates with the project manager and sales to develop, create timelines, schedule and execute technology driven components and build strategy of the retail store fixture fabrication. Helps the PM balance cost vs. innovation, making sure technology choices stay within budget while delivering a high-end experience. Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best price and equipment for continuing growth. Orders all material from vendors and incorporates material lead times into final production schedule. Troubleshoots installation, potential risks, compatibility, and connectivity issues between different systems to ensure seamless operation before launch. Provides documentation and training for store staff or IT teams to manage the new systems. Ensure all programs/platforms comply with data privacy regulations and security standards as well as ensure certification body compliance. Research and develop new future-forward technologies. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to stay informed about new technologies, trends, and network with industry professionals. Performs other duties as assigned. Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment. Follows all safety and workplace policies. Education/Certification: Bachelors degree in Communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management Experience in material or production planning, supply chain planning, production control, inventory or warehouse management. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.
