Position Details Under the supervision of the provider, nursing leadership, and/or a Registered Nurse (RN), performs various nursing care functions within all aspects of Endoscopy. Implements assigned actions to support patient comfort, observes the patient, and communicates pertinent data to the RN. Performs technical patient care services under supervision of nursing leadership and a RN or Charge RN. Shift Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Location: 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202 Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Graduation from an accredited (CAAHEP/ABHES) Medical Assistant Program, Surgical Technician, Emergency Medical Tech training preferred. Familiarity with endoscopy equipment or scope/instrument reprocessing preferred. Minimum two years healthcare exposure in a similar clinic setting preferred. Certifications BLS certification required.
