Epicor CMS Systems Analyst
Drive Manufacturing Excellence Through ERP Innovation
Join our client's dynamic team as an Epicor CMS Systems Analyst where you'll be at the forefront of optimizing critical manufacturing operations. Based in Sterling Heights with opportunities across multiple surrounding locations, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on technical work and strategic business impact.
You'll work directly with production teams, inventory managers, and finance professionals to ensure seamless ERP operations while identifying opportunities for process improvement. What You'll Do
Optimize Daily Operations : Provide expert support and troubleshooting for the Epicor CMS ERP system across all business functions Drive Process Improvement : Analyze and enhance business processes in manufacturing, inventory control, and finance operations Deliver Custom Solutions : Develop tailored reports and documentation that address specific business requirements Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable ERP solutions Ensure System Excellence : Manage configuration, maintain data integrity, and provide comprehensive end-user training Lead System Evolution : Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and testing initiatives to keep systems current and efficient Bridge Technical and Business : Communicate complex system concepts to diverse audiences from shop floor to executive level What You Bring
Epicor CMS Expertise : Proven hands-on experience with Epicor CMS in manufacturing or industrial environments Manufacturing Knowledge : Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, finance, and supply chain operations Problem-Solving Excellence : Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across technical and non-technical teams Report Development : Experience creating custom reports and ERP system customizations Technical Foundation : Familiarity with SQL, EDI, and system integrations preferred System Integration : Understanding of how ERP systems connect with other business applications Preferred Experience
Shop Floor Systems : Experience with barcode scanning, MES integrations, or production floor technologies Implementation Experience : Past involvement in ERP implementations, system migrations, or major upgrades Automotive Industry : Background in automotive manufacturing processes and requirements Advanced Technical Skills : Experience with data analysis, system optimization, and process automation What We Offer
