Called to serve in missions Knowledgeable in employment law and HR practices Discreet, empathetic, and skilled in conflict resolution Committed to collaboration, integrity, and organizational excellence HR certification (PHR or SHRM) preferred

How You Will Serve

Manage personnel records, reviews, and policy compliance Resolve staff issues with wisdom and care Lead training, Member Care, and staff events Support recruitment efforts alongside Mobilization team Collaborate with leadership on salaries and benefits
