Senior Litigation Paralegal
located at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN. Come join a team that is dedicated to making an impact for the people and communities we serve.
This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in our Brentwood TN office and two days at home.

What You Get To Do
The Senior Litigation Paralegal develops and maintains systems for tracking of litigation. Coordinates representation and discovery responses.
Maintains the litigation calendar of upcoming trials/settlement conferences/mediations. Promptly responds to corresponding attorneys concerning lawsuits and/or litigations. Prepares reports of lawsuits, litigation cases, and other ad hoc reporting requirements. Contacts facility and FSC personnel to gather necessary information for attorneys. Assists in special projects for litigation and investigations. Domestic U.S. travel may be required
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. Paralegal certificate or degree preferred. Four years of work experience in civil litigation management required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Prior experience with a litigation management software is preferred. Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age. A valid driver's license is required.
