MUST have at least 2 years of OR experience as well as Cath Lab experience. Responsibilities: Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. Education: Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN. Preferred: MSN or master’s in a health care related field. Experience: Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager Required: 2 years of experience in a hospital Operating Room Required: Cath Lab/Cardiovascular experience Certifications: Required: AHA BLS.
