is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that is owned and operated by locals for locals. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.
Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions in Knoxville, TN. Shift time is 9:40am-8:10pm. Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities: Loading and Unloading: Loading packages into the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the designated delivery location. Navigation: Using GPS or maps to navigate the delivery vehicle to the destination. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering packages with a positive attitude. Vehicle Inspection: Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition, reporting any issues or concerns to management. Safety: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary. Time Management: Managing time effectively to ensure packages are delivered on time. Reporting: Reporting any delivery issues, discrepancies or delays to the appropriate personnel. Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of packages. Delivery Driver Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age with the ability to read and speak English for safety. Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required). Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle). Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone.
