Position: PySpark Engineer Location: Seattle - WA Duration: Contract
Job Description: Develop and implement geospatial data solutions using PySpark and SQL to enhance data processing capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines for geospatial analytics Utilize Informatica and ODI to integrate and manage geospatial data from various sources Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and cleansing processes Analyze complex geospatial datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making. Provide technical expertise in geospatial data modeling and analysis to improve business outcomes. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of geospatial applications in a hybrid work environment. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of geospatial data processing workflows Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and apply them to projects Document technical specifications and create user guides for geospatial solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their geospatial data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Contribute to the development of best practices for geospatial data management and analytics. Support the training and mentoring of junior team members in geospatial technologies
