The IT Project Manager position pays between $63,440.00 to $79,300.00 and the Senior IT Project Manager position pays between $95,360 to $119,200. Placement in any level is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate. About This Opportunity Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering impactful technology solutions? We’re seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams of IT professionals, business stakeholders, and vendors in executing high-visibility IT&T projects. In this role, you’ll serve as the single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—driving planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with our systems development methodology and IT&T best practices. Leverage your technical expertise, professional insight, and strong leadership to make a tangible impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership on IT projects (of varying size and complexity) running concurrently. This includes project leadership, as well as technical leadership. Lead project teams in defining and sequencing activities, estimating tasks, and building the overall plan to achieve project objectives. Communicate project information and status to all stakeholders and escalate appropriately. Consult directly with resource managers to validate resource availability and allocations. Develop plans and facilitate the execution of the project schedule, continually monitoring progress, identifying and managing risks, and driving issue resolution. Ensure accuracy of project charges and time reporting, report variances, and provide financial forecasts. Consistently apply best practices in managing projects and demonstrate accountability for project success. *Senior level Duties -Entry Level Duties Plus Additional Responsibilities Successful Candidate Must Have: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent in formal education. IT Project Manager: 4 years of experience managing IT projects. Senior IT Project Manager: 6 years of experience managing IT projects. Preferences: Industry-level certification (IT or Project Management) Working Conditions Office environment. Regularly required to sit up to 2/3 of the time. Manual dexterity and good vision required. Ability to talk and listen. May be required to work longer hours and/or on-call to handle emergency response as needed.
