Hospital is seeking an exceptional Pain Management Physician to join our growing organization. - Full or Part-Time - Outpatient or Inpatient Practice with Hospitalist program in Place - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures consistent with patient care plans - Provides Interventional Pain Management procedures on an outpatient basis - Outpatient office attached to hospital campus - On-site Laboratory, full service x-ray and diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology - On-site physical therapy department - IT: EMR, PACS and other technology to assist your practice - Low, managed-care county in a physician-friendly malpractice state Hospital offers a competitive compensation package that includes competitive base salaries, production/quality bonus potential, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice insurance, CME, comprehensive health benefits, retirement program, and paid time-off. *Small town located between Indianapolis and Chicago!
