Position Overview
KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Strategy practice. Responsibilities
Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies, as well as private equity investors. Collaborate with KPMG's cross-functional integration and separation teams on the HR components of these engagements, focusing on establishing and merging compensation and benefits platforms. Assist in identifying HR, compensation, and benefit plan exposures during HR due diligence. Contribute to the entire engagement process, including scope setting, budgeting, staffing, creating and coordinating client deliverables, and communicating results with clients. Qualifications
At least three years of actuarial or general consulting experience in employee benefit and compensation plan valuation, design, administration, and implementation, preferably with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Highly motivated, self-starting team player with positive attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners to successful project completion. On track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP, and/or CEP designations. Willingness and ability to travel. Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
