Kärcher Optimize technology investments, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall supply chain performance Ensures seamless connectivity between ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain technologies. Establish systems business growth, market demands, and digital transformation. Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy Openly communicate with stakeholders to understand, document, test and support business requirements Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for logistic systems by identifying operational needs encompassing industry standard best practices Identify opportunities for improvement Develops annual project management, capital, infrastructure, and operating expense budget Oversees the curriculum development process to ensure employees are trained on all logistic systems, ensuring the training documentation reflects training needs Main point of contact for initial triage of email inquiries and to determine the resolution plan in a professional and timely manner

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field A minimum of 4 years’ experience in informational systems developing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training
