Join a high-impact mission team modernizing Mobile CNO capabilities through design, development, and testing. Qualifications & Compensation: 8+ years of experience; $294,000/year total compensation Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree No certifications required Job Description: Develop and modernize mobile CNO capabilities in support of mission requirements Program in C, C++, Python, and optionally Java or Kotlin Reverse engineer and debug using tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, and Binary Ninja Write and analyze code involving low-level programming, including ARM assembly Work with Android platform internals: HAL, AOSP, SELinux, Binder IPC Implement network socket programming and application-layer protocols Apply CNO techniques including IDS evasion, exploitation mitigation, and protocol manipulation Use project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Manage code with Git and apply configuration management principles Supervise and lead teams supporting U.S. Government CNO development About SYSTOLIC: SYSTOLIC is dedicated to giving our employees the best possible company experience so that they can focus on providing outstanding support to their customer's mission.
