Job Description: Role: Test Complete for Oracle EBS (Onsite) // Test Manager L3 Location: Camden, NJ Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete, leveraging scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like BitBar, pCloudy, Browserstack, etc., for mobile automation testing
Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes
Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement
Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores to define efficient testing methods
Ensure CI/CD pipelines include automated testing
Lead initiatives for reusability and industry best practices
Mentor and train team members on test automation best practices
Create detailed documentation of testing strategies and processes
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
3+ years of experience as a Test Architect and driving process improvements
Mandatory experience with SmartBear products: TestComplete, ReadyAPI, SoapUI
Experience in mobile automation with tools like Appium
Proven experience designing test automation frameworks with tools like TestComplete, Tosca, Robot Framework
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
