Midlevel Network and Infrastructure Program Manager
to join our team in
Stennis, MS area . A Network and Infrastructure Program Manager performs independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are being met. They are experts in cyber processes and technical architecture protection, providing thought leadership and developing creative solutions for client problems. This role includes accountability for network engineering, operations, and maintenance support, as well as product delivery and financial management of client engagements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing and managing network and infrastructure programs, collaborating with functional areas, stakeholders, and vendors, defining requirements, and developing project plans and schedules. Coordinating and tracking project managers, resources, priorities, and risks, and providing status updates to stakeholders. Advising technical teams on solutions, cybersecurity resources, and staying current on technical solutions. Identifying requirements and resources for project implementation. Analyzing business applications and cloud platform requirements to ensure compliance with standards and advising on cybersecurity upgrades. Managing application migrations across environments and recommending process improvements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years managing enterprise network operations, upgrades, and security. Experience with Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, LANs, WANs, and network protocols. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, virtualization, monitoring, troubleshooting. IAM III/IAT III certification. Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification. Additional certifications like CBAP, PMI-ACP, CDMP, Six Sigma, ITIL4, ServiceNow. Understanding of ITIL4 principles. Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI, DHS EOD suitability. Physical Requirements: Must remain stationary 50% of the time, operate office machinery, and occasionally move within the office. Seniority level
