Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to our Kidney Transplant service line at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.

Position Highlights:

Schedule is 5 (8hr) days per week Rounding on inpatient Kidney Transplant patients with some General Surgery coverage as well Providing clinic support and assessments for pre-transplant patients Post transplant care; Inpatient and Outpatient Care for Kidney Txp Patients Renal or Surgery Background preferred but not Mandatory

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

Master's degree of Nursing required.
