Task 7 Command and Control (C2) Systems
and
Task 8 Operations, Plans, and Exercises (OPS & PLEX) . This position supports the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO) in Wiesbaden, Germany. The role is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of Task 7 C2 Systems Support and Task 8 OPS & PLEX support functions.
Defines and ensures application of C2 systems and OPS & PLEX standardized processes, procedures, and tools across EMITS 2 operations.
Collaborates with the MPL Operations Manager and MPLs to tailor processes to meet specific MP requirements.
Supports training and certification identification for personnel supporting C2 and OPS & PLEX roles.
Participates in technical meetings and maintains knowledge of emerging policies and technologies.
Develops project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), manages projects, and monitors process performance.
Identifies innovations, develops improvement projects, and manages project risks and quality.
Supervises multi-function project teams of 5-15 personnel.
Qualifications:
Current adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
BA/BS +13 years recent experience.
Certifications: CISSO, GCIA, GCSA, GCLD, GICSP, CISSP-ISSAP, or CISSP-ISSEP.
Expertise in C2 systems, project management, and supporting complex projects.
Knowledge of DoD standards and security requirements is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $115,600 - $254,200 USD, based on experience and location. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, education, and time off.
