Openings are available in the following locations: Locations: Wilton / Stamford, CT Great Neck, NY Gloucester, MA Newburyport, MA Peabody, MA Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines Evaluate, design, and implement individualized therapeutic plans Utilize a wide range of therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, exercises, modalities, HEP) Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation (initial evaluations, SOAP notes, discharge summaries) Ensure proper billing practices and support front desk with authorization tracking Practice in a safe and ethical manner, minimizing risk to patients and staff Stay current with clinical skills through CEUs, professional journals, and in-services Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report equipment issues Adhere to attendance, dress code, and conduct policies Report directly to the Physical Therapy Manager Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program New graduates are welcome to apply Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in NY or CT or MA Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills If you're passionate about patient care and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you!
