We are seeking a
Director of the Crisis Stabilization Unit
in Lima, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Allen County in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.
Duties include:
Develop and maintain staffing schedules for the unit.
Coordinate admissions and discharges.
Develop and implement daily treatment regimens.
Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to the unit.
Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
Manage the department's operating budget.
Qualifications:
Master's degree along with LISW/LISW-S, LPCC/LPCC-S licensure, or RN.
Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number.
Acceptable driving record.
Preference given to:
Candidates with management experience.
Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience.
