Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems (LNG & Industrial Projects)
Location:
Houston, TX (Preference for Southeast Houston-based candidates)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale fire protection system installations for industrial and energy sector clients. This role involves full lifecycle project delivery—from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning—on complex, multi-year projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage turnkey delivery of fire water deluge and foam suppression systems across multiple industrial zones.
Oversee engineering design, including hydraulic modeling and compliance with NFPA-13 standards.
Coordinate procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across multiple workstreams.
Interface with client stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
Maintain project documentation, milestone billing, and change order tracking.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience in industrial, energy, or petrochemical sectors.
Proven track record managing fire protection or mechanical systems projects.
Strong understanding of NFPA codes and hydraulic calculation methodologies (e.g., Hazen-Williams).
PMP certification or equivalent .
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and multi-year timelines.
Licenses & Certifications
NFPA, PMP, or PE (Fire Protection) credentials.
Familiarity with regional licensing and permitting requirements is a plus.
