The St. Regis Deer Valley (Park City, Utah) has a temporary, full-time opening from 10/01/2025 to 04/15/2026. Minimum 35 hours per week, multiple shifts including weekends. Shifts: 5:00AM to 1:30PM 6:00AM to 2:30PM 7:00AM to 3:30PM 8:00AM to 4:30PM 1:00PM to 9:30PM 2:00PM to 10:30PM 3:00PM to 11:30PM 4:00PM to 12:30AM 10:30PM to 7:00AM Duties: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down workstation. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Other related duties. Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent required. One-year related experience required. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check is required; Post-employment Drug Tests are administered only if reasonable suspicion present. Pay Rate: $20.50 to $24.50/hr. Overtime $30.75 to $36.75/hr. For full list of benefits, please contact HR. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Wages paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in 1st pay period for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Air transport to place of employment will be provided at no cost to worker (air travel paid upfront); Ground expenses and subsistence costs will be reimbursed to worker during 1st pay period. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28/day during travel to a max $68.00/day w/receipts. If worker does not complete at least 1/2 of employment period worker is expected to refund employer. Return transport will be provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early. Employer will provide at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment. All deductions from worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
