Available Roles:
Full-Time Night Float Pool
Competitive pay based on experience plus differentials for float pool, night shifts, charge/preceptor roles Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts + every 3rd weekend Ideal for ICU, ED, or PACU RNs with charge or supervisory experience
PRN Night Float Pool
Flat-rate pay with shift, weekend, and preceptor/charge differentials Commitment: Minimum of 6 shifts per 6 weeks (4 nights OR weekends), 1 holiday & 1 hard-to-fill shift/year Open to Med Surg, IMC, ICU, or ED RNs Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team What We Offer Culture-

Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. For Full-time: minimum of 2 years of RN experience. For PRN: at least 1 yr of RN experience. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $38.9600 - $56.9100
