Strong support skills utilized to resolve issues including, but are not limited to, computer programming and system administration Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users Previous experience leading in both small groups and one-on-one situations Previous experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects Previous experience providing outstanding guest service to both users and co-workers Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Must have reliable communication device (i.e. cell phone, pager) readily available when not at work in case company needs to reach out during non-scheduled work hours Proven experience providing high level of guest service At least 21 years of age High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology field or equivalent preferred Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards Nevada Gaming Registration Physical Requirements Occasionally push/pull up to 20lbs.
