Job Posting: Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Hybrid - In-office 3 days per week
We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our team near Nashville, TN. If you have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients and a proven ability to handle complex litigation, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience. Defense litigation experience will also be considered. Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing. Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom skills, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Position Highlights
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, providing thorough and compassionate legal support. Conduct case assessments, manage discovery, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, mediations, and trials. Collaborate within a dynamic legal team committed to securing justice for clients. Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office requirements three days a week, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
