Base pay range
$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Irving, TX. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with proven experience leading Agile CMS website implementations-preferably with Optimizely v12. This role will own project delivery, timeline management, risk mitigation, and team coordination across distributed nearshore, offshore, and onshore teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of the website redesign and implementation in Optimizely v12 Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives) in a two-week sprint cadence Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/design teams, architects, and developers to drive alignment and progress Monitor project risks, dependencies, scope, and quality; escalate as needed Own and maintain the project roadmap, sprint plans, and status reports Coordinate across time zones and ensure effective communication with nearshore/offshore resources
Requirements
7+ years of project management experience with digital CMS implementations Hands-on experience delivering Optimizely (preferred) or other enterprise CMS projects Experience in leading hybrid teams across geographies using Agile Scrum Familiar with Optimizely's architecture, content modeling, templates, and component-based page assembly Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines), Jira, or similar tools Exceptional communicator and facilitator Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Available for daily standups and to support both U.S. and offshore team time zones
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
