A leading music streaming company seeks a highly analytical and business-oriented
Senior Finance Director - Marketing Planning & Analysis. The successful candidate will support the financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis of marketing initiatives and listener care, including brand and digital marketing and paid media channels.
Senior Finance Director - Marketing Planning & Analysis Responsibilities: Partner with Marketing and Listener Care leadership to develop the long-range plan and the 2026 annual budget. Work with the FP&A team to oversee models which assess ROI, LTV, channel specific trends, etc. making suggestions for effective resource allocation to management Monitor actual spend vs. budget, forecast and prior year, analyzing variances Prepare executive reporting detailing key metrics and results Act as the finance liaison to the Marketing and Listener Care teams, providing strategic insights that help optimize budget allocation across channels and initiatives Work with the business and finance teams to monitor and achieve strategic savings commitments Utilize tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan and Essbase. Oversee a team of 6 FP&A professionals.
Senior Finance Director - Marketing Planning & Analysis Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with experience in digital marketing and paid media. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus. Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to mentor high-performing finance teams, with the ability to influence change.
