RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, stage, and track financial/funding documents in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Pull and analyze financial reports from MISIL and Navy ERP to support FMS case fiscal year planning and execution. Monitor obligation and expenditure data to track and meet program financial goals. Compare financial data with spending plans and reconcile discrepancies for monthly reviews. Prepare execution data reports for regularly scheduled execution status meetings. Manage, coordinate, and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) 7300 forms and Obligation Phasing Plans (OPPs). Ensure that PARM submitted data (e.g., 7300s, OPPs, and Task Planning Sheets) align to spending plans and funding objectives. Develop and present data-driven presentations on current funding, projected spending, and budget limitations. Identify and explain discrepancies in financial data and recommend solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management. Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience supporting a DoD / Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Experience working with a NAVSEA Program Office. Experience supporting NAVSEA Ship Construction programs. Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs). Experience managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) PARMs. Familiarity with financial and logistics systems such as: Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)
