Schedule Commitment: Full Time: 8 hour shifts 64 to 80 biweekly hours Every other weekend Every other holiday Day: 7a 3:30p Evening: 3p 11:30p Night: 11p 7:30a Part Time: 8 hour shifts 32 40 biweekly hours Every other weekend Every other holiday Day: 7a 3:30p Evening: 3p 11:30p Night: 11p 7:30a PRN: 8 hour shift Day: 7a 3:30p Evening: 3:00p 11:30p Night: 11p 7:30a 24 hrs Weekend per 6 wk schedule 1 winter / 1 summer Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The work schedule commitment for this position requires the following: Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Mental Health/Behavioral Health Techs will provide direct bedside care to patients: Assists the RN in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, and more. Reports/documents any changes in patients mood or behavior in a timely fashion. Provides one-on-one sessions with assigned patients as needed. Mental Health Technicians will maintain a full patient caseload with an assigned primary nurse in an inpatient setting and provide care for all patients effectively and compassionately.
