Is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, brings deep technical experience, and is eager to drive secure software delivery and infrastructure modernization in support of national security missions. As a DevSecOps Engineer at CTC, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing automated, secure software delivery pipelines and cloud-native architectures. You will play a critical role in supporting agile development teams by providing robust CI/CD solutions, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps tooling while collaborating with clients and end users to ensure scalable and secure software operations. Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and manage secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Develop and maintain containerized applications and microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and related orchestration tools Design, deploy, and optimize AWS cloud hosting solutions, including backup, recovery, billing, failover zones, and service cost controls Utilize configuration and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Pulumi, and Helm Integrate security controls and automated testing into DevSecOps workflows Create and improve automation tools to support application deployment, monitoring, and performance (Prometheus, Grafana) Collaborate with application development teams to identify and resolve build and deployment issues Champion the adoption of DevSecOps culture across teams by mentoring peers and supporting cross-functional collaboration Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience building and maintaining DevOps or DevSecOps pipelines and cloud-native solutions Proficiency in Python and/or Golang Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud environments Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in AWS and cloud resource management Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools and branching strategies Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tools such as ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, and Grafana Preferred Qualifications Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana in production environments Proven success implementing continuous automation solutions across diverse technical stacks Background in troubleshooting issues in hybrid/public cloud environments Experience with enterprise DevSecOps enablement across organizational boundaries Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, or similar.
