Cadence/Prelude . This role spans levels 1-4, and the specific level will depend on your experience, Epic training status, and alignment with our cultural values. As an Epic Applications Analyst, you will implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system along with related third-party systems. Responsibilities will increase as you progress from entry-level (I) to expert (IV). You will provide on-call support, collaborate with clients, and ensure compliance with software lifecycle standards. With deeper knowledge of the Epic platform, you will mentor junior analysts and lead projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and quality initiatives. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build reliable partnerships with customers and colleagues are essential. This full-time role generally follows a Monday-Friday schedule during Eastern time business hours, with some flexibility. You will participate in an on-call rotation and may need to cover special events outside of regular hours. An appropriate virtual home office environment is essential for remote work. The role requires occasional travel to support Go-Live installations or training sessions. What You'll Do: System Build and Configuration:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, develop test scripts, and ensure all builds meet departmental standards and have end-user approval. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in place of a degree. Experience as an analyst, implementing and testing vendor software applications or having healthcare operational experience in relevant areas is preferred at varying levels. Epic experience (end user or analyst) is required for all levels, and analysts at levels 2-4 will need current Epic training status (certification, accreditation, or proficiency) in the main application. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical abilities, experience leading systems analysis, and expertise in project management related to information systems. Ability to thrive under pressure with competing priorities and changing situations. Must be comfortable with continuous computer use for job responsibilities.
