Test Analyst Healthcare Functional and Automation Testing
Full-time Location: Phoenix, AZ Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred Minimum 2 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within Testing, with hands-on experience with web application & .Net batch application testing and creating medium to high complexity SQL queries. Exposure to US healthcare system like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPAA, Healthcare Exchange, and QNXT application knowledge. Proficient in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP, RFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Java). Working knowledge on IBM RQM, CQ, and RTC. Expertise in Software Life Cycle Methodologies like waterfall and Agile, with exposure to testing estimation models. Ability to work with multiple/diverse stakeholders, coordinate with people, and interface with clients. Strong analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
