Role Overview This senior role within our Life Sciences Consulting Services team offers the opportunity to lead large engagements, develop solutions, guide teams, and innovate. Our clients include large pharma, biotech, medical device manufacturers, and medical technology companies. Your focus will be on providing services in business transformation, commercial operations, data analytics, market access, growth strategy, operating model optimization, and enterprise transformation. Key Responsibilities Support client engagement teams and deliver professional services in the life sciences domain. Skills and Attributes Experience with R&D and clinical trial design, especially patient engagement and recruitment. Experience with EY FastLane and medical sciences background preferred. Support and lead workstreams in large-scale engagements, ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage risk and communicate progress to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and foster an inclusive team environment. Develop client relationships and internal networks. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Biology, Pharmacology. 3+ years in biotech or pharma industry, with advisory experience in R&D strategy, commercial analytics, market access, or related areas. Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel; advisory/consulting experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Background in life sciences or biomedical fields, data analytics, and commercial operations.
