Requirements to Become a Driver Partner: Must possess a valid driver's license.
At least 25 years of age.
Willing to undergo a drug screening.
More than 5 years of unrestricted U.S. driving experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience either as a parent or a professional caregiver.
Have a personal auto insurance policy.
Satisfactory completion of a fingerprint-based criminal background check and a motor vehicle record check.
Pass a vehicle inspection.
Please note that any additional requirements for participation will be shared with prospective Driver Partners as needed. *To qualify for the $500 new driver partner promotion, you need to complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of your onboarding session or by September 2, 2025, whichever comes later. Time spent offline, including breaks, won't count towards this minimum. This promotion is subject to change at Via's discretion.
