Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in Santa Ana who is seeking a highly skilled
Litigation Secretary
with a strong background in
civil litigation , particularly in
plaintiff personal injury
cases involving
catastrophic injuries . This is a full-time,
in-office
position supporting a busy desk within a dynamic and fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling complex personal injury cases. Prepare, format, and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial documents. Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, court appearances, and client meetings. Coordinate with clients, experts, medical providers, and court personnel. Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic. Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness lists, and trial logistics. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings in state and federal courts. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Minimum
5 years of litigation secretary experience , with a strong emphasis on
civil litigation
and
plaintiff personal injury . Experience with
catastrophic injury cases
is highly preferred. Proficiency in California court rules and e-filing procedures. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
