Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Systems Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support eData's infrastructure, Discovery applications, and custom applications for our eData Practice Group. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager of eData Operations, the Systems Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization of eData's hosted eDiscovery and custom applications. This position can be based in Philadelphia, Washington, Boston, Houston, New York, or Chicago, and offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule. Key responsibilities include: Installation, configuration, and upgrades of eData's hosted eDiscovery and custom applications. Technical troubleshooting and system optimization. Managing Windows, Linux, and enterprise SQL servers. Testing and deploying OS and application patches. Performing backups and restores of databases and applications. Monitoring applications and servers to ensure uptime and performance. Reporting, monitoring, and archiving project data. Migrating data between eDiscovery applications. Developing custom scripts and web applications. Providing level III support for client requests, incidents, and problems related to eDiscovery platforms. Providing after-hours support as needed to address incidents and system maintenance. Collaborating with software vendors, IT, and development teams to deploy new applications. Experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least four years of professional experience. Familiarity with Active Directory, SAML, OpenID, TCP/IP, DNS, and SQL. Strong understanding of infrastructure hardware, servers, system monitoring, storage, security, and patch management. Experience administering Kcura Relativity. Experience with cloud computing migration/provisioning is strongly preferred.
