You will collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation, perform legal research, draft and review legal documents, and communicate with clients. We seek an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: JD, Bar exam scheduled for Summer 2025, or already admitted to FL Bar. 7-10 years of experience in Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, or Construction Litigation. Ability to manage caseload and litigation staff. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Excellent research and analytical skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
