The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Respond to resident inquiries Move in inspections, move out inspections Inspect exterior properties on a regular basis Review and approve invoices Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies Qualifications
Proven working experience in property management High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Property Management or Real Estate License preferred Understanding of real estate law and leasing practices Up-to-date on the local real estate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Experience with property management AppFolio software preferred
