$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr Job Summary:
Provide operational support in areas such as high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, hospitality, and equipment maintenance. Ensure the functionality of copiers, perform basic troubleshooting, and manage office supplies and mail logistics. Maintain strong customer service skills and handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Candidates should have good customer service skills and experience in hospitality services in an office or hotel environment. May require extensive standing and lifting up to 50 lbs; assistance provided for heavier items. Key Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent. Preferred experience in copy or related roles. Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with PC and office machines. Organizational and prioritization skills. Mathematical and filing skills. Working Conditions:
Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. Physical activities include long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50-55 lbs. May involve walking between buildings and light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume duplicating, mailing, and bindery equipment; perform related tasks. Maintain and troubleshoot copiers; perform setup and basic repairs. Perform scanning, imaging, and occasional reception duties. Manage records, supplies, and shipping/receiving tasks. Respond to service calls and document activities. Assist with meeting setups, building support, and light maintenance. Travel between customer sites as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information:
Senior level position requiring strong presentation and telephone skills. Full-time employment, mid-senior level, in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
