Omaha, Nebraska Compensation:
$25/hour + monthly bonus + an extra $1.50/hour Status:
Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm Your Responsibilities Will Include: Developing the team and ensuring quality control for successful conversions Reviewing emails, chats, and texts to provide world-class customer service Being available for questions and coaching opportunities for Call Center staff Attending daily and weekly team meetings Communicating regularly with field managers regarding client scheduling Participating in additional project-based opportunities Minimum Requirements: Reliable and predictable attendance history Superior customer service skills Extensive knowledge of the Client Coordinator role Comfortable with coaching, mentoring, and training Strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills High attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Polished demeanor and team-oriented mindset Leadership qualities and ability to develop team members Availability to work scheduled hours Benefits Include: Free laser hair removal services for employees and their spouses or partners Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance within 30 days Paid time off starting immediately 401k with employer match Exceptional work environment Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to remain stationary throughout the day Operate computer and office machinery as required Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
