Senior Accountant
to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and municipal accounting standards Oversee account reconciliations and journal entries Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting Perform financial analysis to support decision-making Ensure compliance with state and local reporting requirements Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior experience in a municipal or public-sector accounting role required Proficiency with Munis (Tyler Technologies) is essential Strong knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting standards Advanced Excel skills; attention to detail; strong analytical ability Excellent communication and organizational skills
