Quality Assurance Manager

Gpac is working with a client company who is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a full-time position at a dairy manufacturing facility located south of Madison, Wisconsin. This role is newly created due to company growth and will focus on implementing and overseeing quality systems across two local plants. Our client has been in business for 40 years and continues to expand within the dairy industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who leads from the production floor and enjoys mentoring team members. The position reports directly to upper management and allows for a high level of autonomy and impact. The ideal candidate holds: · Proven experience in Quality Assurance management, preferably in food or dairy manufacturing · Hands-on leadership style — someone who prefers being on the floor over behind a desk · Flexibility with daytime hours (occasional schedule adjustments as needed) · Strong understanding of QA policies, GMPs, HACCP, and SSOPs · Ability to conduct pre-shipment reviews, validation studies, and report deficiencies · Competence in interpreting test results and communicating with customers · Skilled in inspection and sampling processes for materials, temperature, and product specifications · Effective problem-solving and team collaboration abilities · Strong communication and mentoring skills What is in it for you? · Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 · Excellent benefits · Advancement opportunities within a growing organization · Join a company with a 40-year reputation and a track record of success For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Ambrose Pearl directly at 469.775.9602.
