We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring clear communication, high satisfaction, and lasting partnerships. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met Monitor account activity and ensure service levels are maintained Collect and analyze feedback to improve overall client satisfaction Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
