Project Manager, Civil Engineering

Position title Project Manager, Civil Engineering Description We are looking to hire a licensed civil engineer with project management and project procurement experience. Responsibilities Preparing site feasibility studies Being responsible for project coordination with clients and consultants from multiple disciplines Preparing scope and fee for projects and tracking project schedules and budget Design and prepare site development drawings for roadway and onsite improvements per various municipality requirements Site grading design Street and Road design Stormwater mitigation including detention, treatment & conveyance TESC design Preparing technical documents, including cost estimates, feasibility studies and storm water management reports. Coordinating with various municipalities and utility purveyors to meet project needs. Provide construction support services to respond to contractor RFI's, submittal reviews and as-built preparation. Working with project teams on developing project deliverables that include design work and interdisciplinary project coordination. Qualifications Minimum 5-year project management experience Minimum 10-years Civil Engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering License Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient using WWHM Strong technical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to autonomously communicate effectively and clearly to clients, consultants and jurisdictions Ability to manage time, resources and staff to meet project deliverable dates Experience working with local municipalities
